The Making of Through My Eyes: Views of Homelessness and Home.  Answering the question "What Does Home Look Like To Me?" volunteers provided cameras and photography instructions to current and formerly homeless guests of PERC's Emergency Shelter to create this groundbreaking art exhibit.

Palisades Emergency Residence Corporation (PERC) exists to defeat the cycle of poverty, understanding that food and shelter are fundamental human rights.  PERC believes that with help there is hope.  We believe that every person deserves dignity, respect, and opportunity.

PERC achieves our mission by providing emergency shelter for women, men and families, permanent housing for chronically homeless individuals, a soup kitchen and food pantry, advocacy and educational and community-based support services.
